Spring Hill Runs Away With Early Lead In Victory
Piper Piper JV watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 17-4 loss to Spring Hill on Tuesday. Spring Hill scored on a double by Hoffman, a triple by Favinger, a single by Scoma, a double by Hess, a single by Callen, and a single by Paulsen in the first inning.
The Piper Piper JV struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Spring Hill, giving up 17 runs.
Spring Hill got on the board in the first inning. Hoffman drove in one when she doubled.
