Piper Pirate basketball teams will be cruising into the championship games of 4A in Salina on Saturday!!! Girls defeated the #3 seed Nickerson 72-40 and the boys took out the #1 seed Trinity Academy 57-54. After two great seasons for each team, they ended up where they belong. Piper Girls Advance to the Final 4 for the 3rd Straight Year

The Pirate girls team defeated Frontier League foe the Cardinals from Eudora 52-35. Piper took game 3 of the year vs. Eudora in the quarterfinal game in Salina, placing them in the semi-final game at 6:30 Friday night!
